By downloading any product you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Definitions

1.2 "Web Page" or "Web Pages" refers to our stored data, authored by us and held by a host, which is transferred, via download format, via a Web Server, using the Internet.
1.3 "Our Website" refers to Web Pages held at the URL www.pay4prep.co.uk, www.pay4prep.com and all downloads thereof.
1.4 "The Host" refers to an individual, company or collective who have agreed to store our Web Pages and to provide access via the Internet to them.
1.5 "E-Commerce Provider" refers to Pay Pal (Europe) Ltd a private limited company incorporated in the UK, Pay Pal inc, or any future individual, or  a similar company that undertakes this service.
1.6 "Products" refers to a series of products available to download.

1.7 "Download Provider" refers to a “payloadz” download service or similar service that undertakes the storing and download of facilities of such services..
1.7 "Content" refers to and includes but not limited to words, audio material, concepts and sentiments contained in the products available..
1.8 "Radio Show" refers to programmes, features or similar broadcast to an audience listening anywhere, worldwide. 'Broadcast' includes and is not limited to a broadcast made using the following techniques on media: FM, AM, Digital Radio, TV and Internet.
1.9 "Services" include and are not limited to downloads, emails and availability of  products online.

2. Downloads

2.1 You will be charged for downloads from the site except where exemptions are clearly displayed.
2.2 During the process of downloading you will be directed to a download provider to receive the chosen product. 2.3 Down loader’s will not receive repeated weekly e-mails with regard to the service. 2.4 Whilst using the Pay Pal service you agree that all information provided by you will be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Service Costs

3.1 The cost of each product will be clearly displayed within the website and during transaction via the Pay Pal service. 3.2 Pay Pal may charge a 'Card Fee' for handling your transactions made using our E-Commerce Provider.
3.3 We reserve the right to alter the cost of services and products and a Card Fee may be charged at any time and without giving prior notice.

4. Provision of Services

4,1 We will endeavor to provide various ‘prep services’ available to you by download from our website.  4,.2 If service problems occur beyond our direct control we may not provide any of the services specified within these terms and conditions. 4.3 Problems referred to may include and are not exhaustive to: equipment failure, Internet downtime, sickness, ill health or by which is referred to acts of god.  4.4 This includes problems caused by, directly or indirectly experienced by the host of the e-commerce provider and/or download host and provider.

5. This Agreement

5.1 The Terms and conditions become effective and apply to: once you have completed the purchase via download of any of the services provided.  5.2 You agree to use this service and it’s content responsibly at all times   5.3 We reserve the right to change, alter and add to these terms and conditions.  Changes will be communicated to you via the website service and e-mail to those registered to the newsletter.

6. Copyright / Republishing

6.1 We do not guarantee accuracy of information contained in the Content of the services. 
6.2 The use of the content of the services provided is taken at your own risk.   6.3 The contents suitability to broadcast is not guaranteed.  6.4 The site, it’s owners or authors are not and will not be held responsible for any action taken against users, radio stations, broadcasters of any product or service provided.  6.5 You use this service entirely at your own risk and you agree that content of any of the services provided will not be shared in any way with anyone except your listener.  6.6 You agree not to exchange the service materials provided via e-mail or any other electrical, printed or verbal form, this applies to in full or part form.

We reserve the right to re-publish any material or service provided for free at anytime to anyone.
